Bad Days SLLC is a company registered in Bulgaria. We sell branded merchandise such as t-shirts, caps, toys, mugs, … worldwide.

3. Ordering Products

Orders can be placed online via www.baddays.shop.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance.
A purchase contract is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (or your local currency where available) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept major payment methods (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen events.
You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Return the goods to us unused and in original packaging
You bear the return shipping cost
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Exceptions: Custom or personalized products may not be returned unless defective.

7. Returns & Refunds (Global)

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@baddays.shop. We may ask for photos or other proof before processing a refund or replacement.
