1. Order Fulfillment

All products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted production and fulfillment partner: Shirtee.cloud, a professional print-on-demand and dropshipping service based in Germany.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the time of order confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping providers may vary depending on your location.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.

6. Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has shipped.

7. Delays or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  1. Check your tracking link
  2. Contact the courier first
  3. If unresolved, email us at sales@baddays.shop and we’ll help investigate or arrange a solution

8. Returns Due to Shipping Errors

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving (or missing) your delivery.
